Short term rentals on Oahu and You!
AKA: Air BNB Bills

Looking for friend's and client's opinions on short term rentals on Oahu.

The situation now is that you can't legally rent your home/condo for less than 6 months at a time without paying a 13% tax on every dollar earned. However, a lot of people are not paying that tax even though they owe it to the government and would like to pay i ...

When to say WHEN to mom and dad's stuff

October 2nd, 2016

When I read this article (see link at the bottom of blog post) it really hit home and I think it will resonate with a lot of baby boomers and their families.(I'm the child of baby boomers)

Less is more
(especially at $1000 a square foot in Honolulu!)

This is one of the best live small videos I have ever seen. I am sure this was almost $1MM for this level of customization, but you could take a few facets of this and incorporate it into your living space in Honolulu. Kakaako, Gold Coast, or even Kailua and make your home live much bigger than it is.

A once a century visit, twice in one week

Follow me on twitter to see photos and videos of the
